Native to Eurasia, this plant can be found in sandy, disturbed areas. It has a sprawling habit and will seed to form colonies. The foliage is palmate and has an attractive silver color. The yellow flowers are small, but noticeable. It can be found with Lespedeza captitata and Monarda punctuata.
