Grass-leaved Goldenrod features flat clusters of bright yellow flowers beginning in June above bright green narrow leaved stems. A lovely plant for the prairie or savanna and while it prefers moist soils, it can be very drought tolerant once established. Beloved by pollinators, it is the larval host of several moths and the seeds are eaten by songbirds.
