Turk’s Cap Lily can be found in moist woodlands and savannas. It is the tallest of the native lilies and has whorled leaves. Its flowers are bright orange with black spots. One plant was once observed to have forty individual flowers on it! Butterflies and moths are attracted to it and are responsible for its pollination.
